Kevin Swan - Chairman of the Board

Kevin Swan is President and CEO of Classic Computer Systems, a division of K-C Distributing Inc. established in 1981 and active member in the Village of Hanover Park Chamber of Commerce. In February 2008, Kevin was appointed Chairman of the Board. His other community involvement currently includes, active member of Hanover Park CONECT, which is an economic development committee for the Village of Hanover Park; and a member if the 50th anniversary committee for the Village of Hanover Park. Kevin is also involved with Youth Ministry at St. Julian Eymard Catholic Church in Elk Grove Village, working with high school teens and teaching 7th grade religious education courses. In addition, he heads the committee for the annual church picnic. Kevin is married (Catherine) and has three wonderful daughters Megan, Emily and Samantha. Much of his time and volunteer work have always supported and included activities for his daughters, their interests and hobbies. Kevin's hobbies include woodworking, sailing, competitive target shooting and home remodeling, Well, actually, home remodeling is Catherine's hobby for him!

Gail Tobin - Secretary

Gail Tobin is the Branch Manager & Librarian at the Hanover Park Branch of the Schaumburg Township District Library, located at 1266 Irving Park Road. She has been involved in the community since 2000 when she began working in Hanover Park and became a member of the Village of Hanover Park's Business CONECT committee, (the Village's economic development committee), which she currently Chairs. She is also a charter member of the Hanover Park Chamber of Commerce and was appointed to the Board in February 2008. She has served on a variety of committees for the American Library Association and is a member of the Illinois Library Association. Gail is happily married (Mark) and enjoys family activities (Gail comes from a large family so there are a lot of those!), good food and friends.

Paula Wegner - Director

Paula Wegner is Senior Vice President of First Eagle Bank in Hanover Park. The bank is an independent full service personal and commercial bank since 1985. First Eagle relocated to Hanover Park in 1994 and has been an active part in the Hanover Park community since then.In addition to being a charter chamber board member, Paula serves on the Hanover Park CONECT committee for economic development since 1999. Paula is also very active in mentoring local students through the AIMS program. Paula is married, has two children and four grandchildren. Family activities and traveling are two favorite past-times.
Nicole DeFalco - Director

The owner and principal consultant of Write Influence, Nicole De Falco is a trusted resource and advisor for learning organizations, marketing departments, and business owners. Her areas of expertise are instructional design and copywriting. Nicole develops custom interactive learning experiences tied to the achievement of business objectives. She also collaborates with clients to develop marketing strategies and create compelling promotional messages. In addition to her position on the Hanover Park Chamber of Commerce & Industry Board of Directors, Nicole serves as the Secretary of the Hanover Township Committee on Youth; a volunteer board acting in an advisory capacity to the Town Board on the needs of youth. She is a sixteen year resident of Streamwood, the mother of two boys, a loving wife, and an enthusiastic football fan (especially of the Streamwood Falcons!). Throughout her career, Nicole has been involved in all aspects of performance improvement consulting including sales, marketing, training development and delivery. She has led an instructional design department and been a Vice President on the executive team of an international sales consultancy. She graduated from Northwestern University with a Bachelor of Science in Speech and earned her MBA from the University of Chicago's Booth School of Business.
Dawna Watson - Director

Dawna Watson has been a Realtor for 14 years, currently with RE/MAX All Pro serving Chicago and the surrounding suburbs. She is a business partner with her husband Ray and they have been residents of Hanover Township for 13 years with their two daughters. Dawna is active in the community and is Chairwoman of the Hanover Township Committee on Youth (COY) which serves under Youth and Family Services to provide positive programs for our community's youth. Dawna's passion is promoting great real estate investment opportunities within Hanover Township and working with local business to increase their profitability. She believes that all business owners within the Township should focus on conducting as many transactions possible with local businesses to encourage their growth and profitability.
